Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship via FedEx Ground. Most non-custom items ship within one to two business days of receipt of your order. Should there be a delay in shipping your order due to an item being out of stock we will contact you with a shipping-date estimate. We do not ship to locations outside the Continental United States.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150.00. If your order qualifies for Free Shipping it will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Please note that if your order qualified for Free Shipping and you return it to us, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund the amount it cost us to ship your order to you. Please note that the costs we incur to ship longer poles to you, as well as the costs you will incur to ship poles back to us, will be very high in most cases. Accordingly, please call or email us before placing your order if you have any questions regarding the suitability of the products we offer.
Free Shipping does not apply to oversize Items. Oversize Items are products that incur oversize fees from FedEx or our Freight Carrier. These items include, but are not limited to, unspliced Kirsch Estate Rods exceeding 93" in length, unspliced Kirsch Architrac Rods exceeding 93" in length, and unspliced Somfy Motorized Track exceeding 93" in length. Many factors are taken into consideration to determine the cost of freight shipping, and our website is not capable of calculating freight shipping shipping charges. Accordingly, please call us for a quote if you wish to order an item that requires freight shipping.
