BASIC AND HEAVY DUTY DRAPERY HARDWARE SELECTION GUIDE
Basic, or 'non-decorative', Drapery Hardware is for cases in which function is preferred over form. Basic Drapery Hardware is fully visible after installation unless covered by a valance or cornice. We offer two versions of Basic Drapery Hardware; Kirsch Architrac and Kirsch Superfine. Each is an industry standard, and each has proven itself over decades of continuous use. As the saying goes, 'Often Imitated Never Duplicated.

Kirsch Architrac: Architrac Rods are custom-made, heavy-duty drapery rods originally designed for commercial use. Their popularity, versatility, and commercial appeal have caused many homeowners to choose these heavy-duty rods for residential use as well. Architrac rods can accommodate Pinch Pleat or Ripplefold Draperies. We offer two styles of Architrac Rods:
- 1. Architrac Series 94003 Baton Draw Rods: Architrac Baton Draw Rods can be manufactured to a Maximum Width of 32 ft. (360") and carry a maximum drapery weight of 80 pounds.
- 2. Architrac Series 94001 Cord or Motorized Draw Rods: Architrac Series 94001 Rods can be manufactured to a Maximum Width of 32 ft. (360") and carry a maximum drapery weight of 80 pounds (corded) and 64 pounds (motorized).
- Architrac Rods are available in four colors: Black, White, Gray and Bronze. All Architrac Rods are custom made to your precise specifications, and accordingly, are non-returnable.
- Kirsch Superfine: If you've happened to see a plain white traverse rod in a home or small office in the last 50 years, chances are that it was a Superfine Rod. Superfine rods have stood the test of time for their versatility, durability, ease of installation, and economical pricing. We've sold many, many thousands and rarely have problems. Its not unusual for us to hear from a customer looking for replacement cord for a Superfine rod that has been hanging in their grandmother's home since the 1970s. They're that good.
- Superfine rods are telescopic rods designed for Pinch Pleat draperies, and are available in widths from 30" to 150". Telescopic means that a 48"-86" Superfine rod will accommodate any drapery size within that size range. Superfine Rods are available in White, and are returnable.

The industry standard for commercial-grade, heavy duty drapery track, Architrac is used in homes, businesses and other commercial establishments where reliable, exceptional performance is demanded.

Architrac offers strong, smooth operation in a small profile package so you can focus on your personal style. Architrac 94001 Rods are available with Cord-Draw or Motorization.

KIRSCH SUPERFINE TRAVERSE RODS
Kirsch Superfine Traverse Rods set the standard by which all other basic traverse rods are measured. Tried and true, Superfine Rods have set the standard for over 50 years. Each Superfine Rod comes with installation hardware.
